Breakfast
Paige LOVES her breakfast. She'll eat just about any breakfast food...and she eats a ton too. On weekdays she will eat a few bowls full of cereal. On weekends she loves pancakes, waffles, eggs or would be happy with more cereal too.

Easter
On Saturday we went to the Carnegie Library for an Easter Egg hunt. Here she is excited to find some eggs.
Looking through the hay for some eggs, with daddy's help.
On Easter morning, she had to search all over Grandma's house to find her Easter basket. The Easter bunny hid it behind the chair!

She was being very uncooperative when I wanted to get a picture of her in her Easter dress. Hopefully my sister was able to get a good picture and I'll post it on here later.

Update: Here's another picture taken by my sister after church on Easter morning:

What she's learning in preschool
Paige has surprised me a few times in the past week or so about what she knows. The other day I was writing her name out and spelling each of the letters as I wrote them. She actually jumped in and said the letters with me. I had no idea she knew how to spell her name! I know she can recognize what her name looks like when she sees it on paper. But now if you ask her how to spell it she can tell you what the letters are!
She also can identify a good number of letters in the alphabet when she sees them written. A game we're starting to play when we're at a restaurant waiting for food is to point at the menu or whatever we have in front of us and ask her what certain letters are. Or we'll ask her to find an "S" on the page. She's pretty good at this one.
This morning, the surprise was when she asked me why we were going to school this morning and my response was "because it's Monday". Then she responded by saying "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday...." She knows her days of the week!!! I had NO idea.
It's funny to think of what else she's storing up there that she hasn't shared with us yet :)

Beauty and the Beast LIVE
Yesterday we drove out to State College (about 45 min - 1 hr) to see a high school production of Beauty and the Beast. We thought this would be a good trial run for Paige sitting for 2 hours to watch something like this. We haven't even taken to her the movie theater yet, so this was definitely a first for her. And it was a success! She loved every minute of it. When asked what her favorite part is she says it was the clapping :)
For a book donation (or $5) they let you come on stage at the end to have your picture taken with the cast members. We talked this part up all day and Paige was so excited to get to meet Belle in person. The other characters spooked her a little close up, so this is the only cast picture we got.
