I was a little limited on colors, all the craft store had were pastels. I may try it again if I find bolder tulle colors. But aside from that they turned out really well and the girls like them.
Yes, Paige is wearing pajama pants under hers. She was feeling a little expressive in her clothing choices that day.

No, I think it was raining that day, so she didn't get to wear it outside! But she likes it because it has a mermaid :)
