Paige thought it was funny the Elf was copying her pose, but then yelled at it for not getting it exactly right. She needs to bend her legs a bit more and turn her head.
Hey I don't think I have your email address... the boys do not move Elfie. They've been told if they touch him, the magic will be gone. Jon and I move him, and the boys are okay with this.
This is the first year we've put him in a place where he could be touched!
